General Comments
This facility has made many strides toward improvement but there are still many more areas that are in need of improvement. I would like to see this facility score at least a 75 (original score) at the next original inspection.
A follow up will occur in 10 days to check on hand washing, the broken cooler, temperatures, and to make sure all hand sinks have paper towels and soap.
